Adam Booth, M.Sc.
Individual, Couple, and Family Therapy
"As we move through life, we will all inevitably run into issues that are difficult to navigate, such as trouble with a boss, spouse / partner, or a struggle with anxiety, depression, or stress. We try to solve problems the best way we know how on our own. Sometimes, no matter what we try, or how much effort we expend, we can feel like we are 'banging our head against a wall'. These times can be frustrating, tiring, and scary. At times like these, it can be helpful to reach out for a helping hand and another perspective."
Adam Booth has been providing a helping hand and another perspective to thousands of individuals, couples, and families since 1998. He uses a supportive and collaborative approach to help clients explore practical strategies to move towards solutions to the challenges they face.
Adam has been meeting clients on Mondays and Wednesdays at St. Andrew's United Church since March 2014. He also provides therapy at 30 Colborne St. in Cambridge on Tuesdays and Fridays. He would be honoured to provide support to you.
