Elise Ens
Program Coordinator, Margot's Place
Elise is excited to be joining Margot’s Place in 2023 as the Program Coordinator. Originally from Prince Edward County, Elise moved to this region when she began attending McMaster University in 2018. Graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Midwifery, she has had the opportunity to work with mothers and their young children in numerous hospital and community settings. When facilitating prenatal and postnatal midwifery clinics, Elise developed a passion for relationship-based clinical care, and witnessed the positive impact of community in the lives of her clients. Since graduating, Elise has continued working with families in a child welfare setting. She is thrilled to be joining Margot’s Place, and to facilitate the presence of an uplifting community space for mothers in Brantford.
